How do you get rid of the orange bar?

how do you get rid of the orange bar on the top of ur blog?

Dear bloomerica,

All you have to do is go to the layout page of your blog,then go to Edit HTML scroll down through the HTML code and look for the part that says body then

delete the code below it until you see a big space like this:

I'm actully writing a fanfiction for Phoebe's contest so after I enter it in the contest I'll make a new fanfiction page then I'll post the fanfiction that I entered in the contest to the page,I'm also thinking about making a second one afterwards.
